Aquanaut Tours is a small tour company situated in the beautiful coastal town of Swakopmund, nestled alongside the Swakop river mouth on the west coast of Namibia.

The owner of the company is passionate about marine wildlife and therefore promotes this in the company’s work.

An experienced team, Aquanaut has been offering these services since 1995 and we truly love what we do.

Shark fishing specialist – Shane Milne
Born in Namibia, Shane educated himself on sea-related matters by spending every free moment fishing and observing the coastline surroundings. He has represented his country in three different Angling facets; Light tackle boat, fresh water and Rock & Surf.
Some people learned to read books, Shane learned to read water. Some people learned maths, and Shane learned to make knots. At Biology they learned to dissect a frog, Shane learned to present bait! Now 20 years on he holds a Masters degree.
